Victims of toxic waste in Lyndhurst?

Hi folks,
I would like to hear from those who live in Lyndhurst where the toxic waste tip has recently been developed/activated.
Can you please tell me how/if you feel your human rights as a local citizen of the community have been violated?
I need to conduct some research into this topic.
Thanks

I am a community development student who will this year be conducting a social research report on any social ‘issue’ I wish to…
I am interested in and would really appreciate hearing some input from other residents of Melbourne regarding the issues they percieve to be significant social problems which could benefit from some research and analysis.
Thanks.

Why are relationships so confusing?!

What do people think about relationships in the modern era?
In an age of efficiency and individualism how does the concept of a long lasting relationship fit in?
Isn’t the notion of a relationship inherently going to struggle in an age where we are encouraged and wish to pursue our own individual interests?
Does it all come down […]

I am posting on the apparent attitude of some ‘academics’ regarding apparent discrimination I notice about the ‘lesser education’ recieved at Tafe than through the seemingly superior University.
I first felt the brunt of this as I was rejected from a traineeship from a certain high profile Newspaper because I had not completed the third year […]

Funky nightspot in Berwick. . .

I have lived around this suburb for some time now, I am in my mid twenties, and I know of heaps and heaps and heaps of people who wish and hope that soon they will be saved from relentless endeavours into Melbourne’s inner suburbs to enjoy a really good night out.
I am refering to the […]

Good films for hangovers?

I would be interested in hearing some recommendations for films which are good on a hangover?
This I imagine, would not include really heavy films (which I usually love) - and I would be more keen on hearing some suggestions on films which are more light hearted, inspiring and feel good.
When you’re feeling that average - […]

For those locals to the Berwick area of Melbourne - do not forget about Wilson Botanic Park. I must admit - I hadn’t visited the place for a couple of years - and I have lived within the general area for coming on seventeen years now.. it’s so lovely there!
I was delighted to see so many […]

I like political debate, history, sociology, art and documentaries. I enjoy hanging out in the garden with my buddy the blue heeler x. and dreaming of film making. I am a student, and my favourite dude is Chomsky. If you don't know who he is, you should find out. I love Raphael Nadal, and you can see that I am very balanced in my interests! I love food, in particular oats with yogurt and fruit, any type of vegetable and toasted sandwiches, of course with cheese. I prefer dark chocolate. When I dance with my best friend, I feel free.
