What are opinions on the Welfare to Work policies? Again, I would love to hear of people’s experiences regarding these matters.

I R Laws - How are they affecting you?

I am doing some research into the nature of the IR laws and their implications from either employees or employers… all opinions invited.
I am specifically interested to hear personal views on how this workplace legislation has benefited or hindered you personally. I would appreciate any comments immensely.

I like political debate, history, sociology, art and documentaries. I enjoy hanging out in the garden with my buddy the blue heeler x. and dreaming of film making. I am a student, and my favourite dude is Chomsky. If you don't know who he is, you should find out. I love Raphael Nadal, and you can see that I am very balanced in my interests! I love food, in particular oats with yogurt and fruit, any type of vegetable and toasted sandwiches, of course with cheese. I prefer dark chocolate. When I dance with my best friend, I feel free.
